Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing healthcare organization, the full-time Strategic Business Analyst will manage enterprise accounting operations, optimize financial reporting processes, and enhance compliance governance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy and regulatory compliance across multiple business functions
• Oversee close processes and implement automation strategies to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
• Develop scalable accounting frameworks and reporting systems that enhance decision-making and operational visibility

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, operational transformation, or enterprise process optimization
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives in regulated environments
• Strong experience with AI-enabled service technologies and workflow automation
• Advanced proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Tableau
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and manage change initiatives effectively
