Strategic Business Analyst

Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Business Solutions, the full-time Strategic Business Analyst will lead quoting activities for the Strategic Business Team by providing strategic analysis, managing the quoting process, and coordinating with sales and purchasing teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities with the sales team and recommend quote strategies
• Manage the workflow of sourcing opportunities and ensure deadlines are met
• Track and review all quotations before presenting them to sales, providing detailed executive summaries

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years of work-related experience, preferably in the independent space
• Industry knowledge of electronic component manufacturers and quoting processes
• Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
