Strategic Business Consultant

Job Summary

Leading a small team in a full-time remote position, the Strategic Business Consultant will manage client engagements, develop strategic plans, and implement organizational development initiatives to enhance business operations and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive business assessments and develop implementation strategies for clients
• Lead the development of client strategic plans and decision-making processes aligned with organizational goals
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather input and foster alignment on project objectives

Required qualifications

• A relevant degree or equivalent experience in business administration, management, communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a related role
• Proven experience in leading a team of individual contributors
• Experience in organizational development and change management
• Certification in the SMS Framework and progression through SMS competencies is preferred
