Strategic Business Manager

Job Summary

To support the Large Molecule Business Unit's commercial operations, the full-time Strategic Business Manager will manage enterprise planning, demand planning, and commercial capability development, ensuring effective execution and alignment across teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support and execute commercial components of Long Range Planning (LRP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP), ensuring alignment with business strategy
• Own commercial inputs into SIOP and demand planning processes, improving alignment between demand forecasts and operational planning
• Design and deploy training for commercial systems and planning processes, promoting consistent adoption of tools and best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, communications, or a scientific discipline required; MBA preferred
• 8-10 years of experience in commercial operations, business management, finance, supply chain, or enterprise planning roles
• Experience supporting or leading planning cycles (LRP, AOP) and/or SIOP processes
• Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CDMO environments preferred
• Strong understanding of enterprise planning and commercial operations with analytical capabilities
