Strategic Capacity Planning Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Capacity Planning Lead for Third Party Data Centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the capacity planning function for ISD E2 delivery, covering both near-term and long-term forecasts
• Serve as the single source of truth for all ISD E2 capacity commitments, communicating project status, risks, and opportunities
• Develop and manage a market intelligence function focused on the data center landscape to inform strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 10 years of experience in program management
• 8 years of experience in infrastructure planning, capacity strategy, or technical program management within related industries
• 8 years of experience with data center mechanical/electrical constraints and specialized hardware
• 7 years of experience in leadership roles with or without direct reports
