Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Capital Advisor to assist in capital strategy and partnership development as they scale toward their Series A.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and advise on capital strategy and partnership architecture
• Participate in monthly all-hands calls and quarterly strategy sessions
• Engage with the founding team and advisor network to shape growth strategies

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Venture Partner, GP, or senior capital allocator
• Strong understanding of capital strategy and growth in tech or marketplace sectors
• Ability to engage with C-suite executives and cultural leaders
• Interest in shaping the future of real-world discovery and commerce
• Willingness to commit 1-2 hours per month for advisory activities
