Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Change Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise change initiatives and support implementation of strategic priorities
• Collaborate with Change Owners and project teams to drive change adoption and manage project resources
• Develop and execute organizational change management strategies for assigned projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience leading large change programs with high complexity
• Experience managing a portfolio of large cross-enterprise programs or projects
• 5+ years in a consulting or organizational change management role
• Prosci or other recognized organizational change certification
