Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic CFO for a portfolio of businesses, partnering with client CEOs to define and execute strategic plans
• Oversee financial management, ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and compliance
• Provide operational insights and support decision-making through financial analysis and system implementation

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in growth-stage or technology-driven environments
• Proven ability to generate financial insights and translate them into strategic actions
• Deep understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that enhance profitability and scalability
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred but not required
