Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in growth-stage or technology-driven environments
• Proven ability to generate financial insights and translate them into strategic actions
• Deep understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives to improve profitability and scalability
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred but not required
