Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational insights and decision support by improving key business drivers and implementing financial systems

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in growth-stage or technology-driven environments
• Proven ability to generate financial insights and translate them into strategic actions
• Deep understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that enhance profitability and scalability
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred but not required
