A company is looking for a Strategic Client Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, own, and maintain a continual customer feedback process for clients and internal teams
• Operationalize, improve, and automate internal processes and initiatives
• Function as a product expert, translating technical communications between clients and product/engineering teams

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of strategy, operations, and client experience working with director-level through C-level clients
• Management consulting or investment banking experience, with focus on revenue cycle management, healthcare documentation management, and/or healthcare operations
• Highly proficient in driving dynamic problem-solving through first principles thinking
• Tech savviness, mastery of spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel), and other productivity software like G-suite
• Experience with AI native productivity tools and deep interest in healthcare (bonus points)
