Job Summary
Managing a strategic book of business for large complex payers, the full-time Strategic Client Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, driving revenue growth, ensuring client retention, and fostering relationships to optimize the customer experience in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their business strategies and challenges
- Oversee revenue targets, manage budgets, and ensure successful contract renewals and retention
- Identify opportunities for growth and collaborate with sales to present innovative solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in client management within the Payer and National space, preferably in healthcare
- Proven success in revenue management and client retention for enterprise clients
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret client financials
- Excellent executive communication skills, with experience in presenting to clients and leadership teams
