Job Summary
Managing a strategic book of business, the full-time Strategic Client Executive will serve as the primary contact for large complex payer clients, driving revenue growth, ensuring client retention, and fostering exceptional customer experiences in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain deep client relationships to understand their business strategies and challenges
- Oversee revenue targets, including budgets and forecasts, for the assigned book of business
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the lifecycle of client renewals while identifying opportunities for growth
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in client management, particularly in the Payer and BCBS space
- Proven track record in revenue management and increasing utilization within a strategic client base
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret client financials
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate trusting relationships and communicate effectively with clients and executive teams
