Job Summary
To drive growth and client satisfaction, the full-time Strategic Client Executive will serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of large complex payers, managing revenue targets, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of superior service and solutions while working remotely or onsite as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their business strategies and challenges
- Manage revenue targets, including budgets and forecasts, for the assigned book of business
- Lead contract negotiations and oversee client renewals and retention efforts to expand partnerships
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in a client management role, particularly in the Payer and TPA space
- Proven success in revenue management and increasing utilization within a strategic client base
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret client financials
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to clients and executive teams
