Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and build executive-level relationships with health plan accounts while refining business strategies
  • Manage staff resources, including recruitment and training, to meet departmental needs and foster innovation
  • Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to enhance efficiencies and client engagement
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of operations experience and 1 year of team management experience
  • High School Degree required; Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • 3 years of leadership experience in managing teams
  • Certification in Account Management or Project Management preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
