Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of key clients, the full-time Strategic Client Service Manager will ensure exceptional support and service delivery, driving operational excellence and client satisfaction in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead delivery of administrative services for large client accounts, ensuring timely project completion and proactive communication of status
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to address client needs and ensure long-term success
  • Monitor and track client requests, manage scope and resources, and identify training opportunities to streamline service delivery
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, including Benefits Administration
  • Bachelor's degree or related field experience
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level client relationships
  • People management experience
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on root cause resolution and process improvement
