- Proven track record managing enterprise-level clients with outcomes across $5M+ in portfolio value
- Experience in driving retention, adoption, and executive stakeholder alignment in complex environments
- Expertise in executive-level communication and leading multi-threaded engagements
- Ability to navigate complex client organizations and build influence across various functions
