Strategic Communications Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Office of the CEO during an accelerated growth phase, the full-time remote Strategic Communications Analyst will design and execute the CEO's communication strategy, manage corporate operating cadence, and optimize executive logistics to ensure strategic alignment across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect and execute internal engagement frameworks, including memos and high-impact sessions like Town Halls
• Lead the execution of company-wide events, managing content development and logistics
• Serve as the primary architect for the CEO's logistical needs, ensuring optimized calendar and travel management

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in Business Operations, Communications, or Executive Support in fast-paced environments
• Ability to translate high-level leadership vision into operational realities
• Experience in cross-departmental collaboration to maintain execution velocity for initiatives
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and addressing organizational friction
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
