Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Communications Lead to drive the delivery of strategic communications and AI-augmented products for senior federal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary communications, design, and UX team
• Serve as a primary client-facing lead supporting senior government stakeholders
• Integrate generative AI tools into communications and design workflows

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance
• 7+ years of experience in strategic communications, UX, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience leading high-performing teams
• Demonstrated experience implementing generative AI in workflows
• Knowledge of federal AI guidance and Section 508 accessibility standards
