Strategic Communications Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Communications Lead to support the Stakeholder Engagement divisional lead and program leaders for the Defense Health Agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the creation of executive briefing materials and coordinate discussions with government stakeholders
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Strategic Communications team and track progress across multiple priorities
• Develop and present cohesive narratives to senior stakeholders for alignment on key program initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of Strategy and/or Communications experience, preferably with Federal Government agencies
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience
• Educational background in strategy, business management, or communications preferred; advanced degree is a plus
• Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint for creating cohesive narratives
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain/maintain CAC
