Strategic Communications Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Communications Lead to support enterprise health IT modernization within the federal defense healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of executive-level briefings, memos, and talking points for senior government stakeholders
• Serve as a trusted communications partner to program leadership, providing strategic thought partnership and narrative development
• Manage and coordinate day-to-day activities of a small strategic communications team while tracking priorities and deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, communications, or stakeholder engagement, preferably with federal government programs
• Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to craft executive-ready narratives and briefings
• Strong strategic communication and leadership skills, including stakeholder coordination and people management
• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, strategy, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
