Strategic Communications Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Communications Lead to support executive-level communications and stakeholder engagement for a federal program.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop executive-level briefings, memos, and talking points for stakeholders
• Serve as a trusted advisor on strategic communications and stakeholder engagement
• Manage and prioritize activities of a 2+ person Strategic Communications team

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy and/or communications, preferably with federal programs
• 3+ years of people management or team leadership experience
• Strong expertise in executive communications and briefing development
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for executive narratives
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
