Strategic Communications Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Communications Lead to support a classified project for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of executive briefing materials and communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate day-to-day activities of the Strategic Communications team and engage with senior government employees on program priorities
• Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving sessions and ensure alignment on key narratives and messaging

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Strategy and/or Communications, preferably with Federal Government agencies (DoD preferred)
• At least 4 years of people management experience
• Educational background in strategy, business management, or communications; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred
• Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint and proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain/maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)
