Job Summary

Leading strategic communications for a large-scale enterprise transformation program, the full-time Strategic Communications Lead will develop and implement communication strategies, manage stakeholder engagement, and create targeted messaging while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and recommend communication strategies, including stakeholder personas and messaging frameworks aligned to program milestones
  • Create and maintain communication plans and roadmaps in collaboration with program leadership and the central communications team
  • Deliver targeted communications and presentations tailored to diverse stakeholder groups, ensuring clarity and engagement
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in change management, strategic communications, or stakeholder engagement within large-scale programs
  • Proven ability to develop communication strategies for complex, multi-stakeholder transformation initiatives
  • Experience with content management platforms for stakeholder-facing site management
  • Proficiency in change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter's 8-Step Process
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for various audience segments
