Job Summary
To enhance internal communications strategies, the remote Strategic Communications Program Manager will manage executive communications, develop content strategies, and oversee multi-channel communication campaigns in a direct hire position.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies for executives and senior leadership
- Manage editorial calendars and coordinate communications campaigns across various platforms
- Analyze communication effectiveness and employee engagement metrics to inform strategy adjustments
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or content strategy
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Experience with MS Viva Amplify, SharePoint, Teams, and MS 365 preferred
