Strategic Communications Manager

Job Summary

To support organizational initiatives, the full-time remote Strategic Communications Manager will develop communication strategies, create audience-focused plans, and translate complex topics into clear messaging while collaborating across various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies for enterprise products and organizational changes
• Create and execute audience-focused communication plans to enhance awareness and support adoption
• Maintain the project communication calendar and establish communication standards and best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in communications or change management
• Proven experience in leading communications for enterprise product implementations or organizational changes
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience in technology and operations
• Commitment to Young Life's mission, values, and Statement of Faith
