Job Summary
To support a leading wealth management division, the temporary Strategic Compensation Consultant will provide expert advisory services on complex compensation matters, develop tailored strategies, and manage client relationships, all while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with senior management and HR partners on total compensation issues and design principles
- Lead cyclical compensation processes, including market studies and bonus administration
- Perform advanced data analysis and visualization to assess compensation program effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Proven expertise in compensation principles, preferably within financial services or wealth management
- Strong influencing skills with a track record of consulting with senior management
- Exceptional analytical skills and high proficiency in Advanced Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with job analysis methodologies and external market benchmarking
