Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Construction Success Manager to support top enterprise accounts in a SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the success of a portfolio of top customers, managing complex stakeholder structures and deployments
  • Build relationships with executive sponsors and frontline teams to drive adoption and communicate value
  • Guide customers through large-scale deployments and change management while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS role with ownership of renewals/adoption outcomes
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers with complex, multi-stakeholder organizations
  • Background in construction technology or direct construction experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product adoption to measurable business outcomes
  • Highly self-motivated and organized, with the ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment
