Strategic Consultant

Job Summary

To optimize customer workflow and usage of Bullhorn products, the full-time Strategic Consultant will lead new customer system setups, collaborate on enterprise implementations, and provide user training in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and owning the new customer system setup process for a seamless implementation experience
• Collaborating with Senior Consultants and other teams on project deliverables and user acceptance testing
• Providing guidance on product usage and conducting training for client users on self-service configurations

Required qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience managing SaaS client implementations
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced work environment
• Proven ownership of work and a continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to communicate technical subjects effectively to diverse audiences
• Bonus: Previous consulting experience and knowledge of Bullhorn's suite of products
