Job Summary
Leading loyalty consulting and program design, the full-time Strategic Consulting Manager will maximize consumer connections and deliver enterprise value for clients while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, evolve, and optimize loyalty and engagement programs aligned with client goals
- Deliver strategic recommendations and actionable loyalty strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Analyze research and performance data to create insights that guide customer experience and technology execution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5-8 years of experience in loyalty, CRM, customer engagement, or marketing strategy
- Experience across at least two verticals such as retail, travel, or financial services
- Strong understanding of loyalty mechanics and lifecycle marketing
- Ability to craft clear, data-driven narratives and build trusted client relationships
