Job Summary
Supporting leadership across the Office of Medicaid Innovation, the full-time remote Strategic Coordinator will manage priorities, coordinate initiatives, and enhance workflow efficiency while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate leadership priorities and cross-functional projects to ensure smooth execution of organizational goals
- Track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring accountability and progress across multiple initiatives
- Facilitate communication among leadership, project teams, and external partners to support alignment and decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- Two years of professional business, financial, or managerial work experience
- Experience in project coordination, administration, operations, or program management
- Knowledge of healthcare, Medicaid, or government operations is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
