Job Summary

To enhance customer experiences, the full-time Strategic Corporate Deployment Manager will manage deployments, drive adoption, and guide clients through transformation, ensuring they quickly realize value from solutions while working onsite in Phoenix, AZ.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales for smooth transitions from commitment to adoption and engage during the sales cycle for requirements gathering
• Independently plan and manage multiple customer deployments, customizing software to meet specific business needs
• Focus on delivering measurable value and maintaining project momentum through proactive communication and customer engagement

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, consulting, or software implementation
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
• Hands-on experience configuring applications and understanding data migration and system integrations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of cloud-based products and services
• Strong presentation skills and ability to develop creative workarounds and implementation best practices
