Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Customer Development Manager for the New England region, focusing on Business Cards and Payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on retention, growth, and risk management
  • Analyze business spend to identify opportunities for leveraging Commercial or Small Business Cards
  • Build positive relationships with clients and serve as their dedicated point of contact
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Business Client facing role
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience preferred
  • At least 7 years of experience in a Business Client facing role preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting business credit card products preferred
  • 1+ years of experience using Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications preferred
