Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Customer Development Manager for the New England region, focusing on Business Cards and Payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on retention, growth, and risk management
- Analyze business spend to identify opportunities for leveraging Commercial or Small Business Cards
- Build positive relationships with clients and serve as their dedicated point of contact
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in a Business Client facing role
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience preferred
- At least 7 years of experience in a Business Client facing role preferred
- At least 2 years of experience supporting business credit card products preferred
- 1+ years of experience using Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications preferred
