Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, Strategic Customer Engagement - AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic AI engagements and develop joint AI roadmaps with senior customer stakeholders
• Drive AI opportunities through evaluation and decision phases in the sales process
• Maintain relationships with account teams and customers to align their challenges with AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in relevant roles such as AI Sales or Customer Strategy
• Experience leading executive level conversations and producing strategic content
• Strong background in sales strategy or AI-related sales
• Solid technical understanding of AI concepts and their business applications
• BA/BS/BE degree or higher
