Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Customer Initiatives Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and execute critical strategic initiatives identified to achieve goals
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and solve for dependencies, develop and execute on project plans and deliver on core goals
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies within specified channels and proactively propose solutions

Required Qualifications:
  • At least four years of project management, journey lead or related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with experience operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and know when to seek guidance
  • Agile work methodologies and continuous improvement processes preferred
