Job Summary
The full-time remote Strategic Customer Programs VP will lead the end-to-end success of a significant program for a strategic customer, managing complex multi-workstream deployments while fostering executive-level relationships and overseeing a cross-functional team.
Key responsibilities
- Drive and govern the master project plan across various phases including onboarding, training, and support
- Act as the primary executive-level contact for strategic customer stakeholders, building trust and alignment
- Lead a cross-functional team to ensure clear role ownership and successful program scaling through high-volume rollout periods
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in leading complex enterprise SaaS implementations or customer success programs
- Proven success managing multi-workstream deployments with over 100 end-user locations
- Strong command of project governance, including risk management and milestone reporting
- Experience leading cross-functional teams with full management authority
- Track record of navigating high-stakes situations and making sound decisions under pressure
