Strategic Customer Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Customer Solutions Architect (APAC).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders across strategic accounts
• Ensure systems perform reliably under production load and lead performance tuning engagements
• Guide customers through migrations onto Postgres and Supabase from various source systems

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture or Database Engineering with enterprise-grade systems
• Expert-level knowledge of PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and schema design
• Experience leading complex database migrations from legacy and cloud-native systems
• Familiarity with AI application architecture and vector databases
• Working knowledge of enterprise security and compliance requirements
