Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Strategic Customer Success Engineer, this full-time remote position will serve as the technical point of contact for enterprise customers, ensuring they maximize value from products and services while collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical resource for large customers, providing expert guidance on deployment and optimization of products
- Lead the technical onboarding process for new strategic customers, ensuring efficient setup to meet their specific requirements
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to enterprise clients, addressing concerns promptly and effectively
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in customer success, professional services, or solutions engineering, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
- Strong hands-on JavaScript experience, particularly in debugging or building integrations
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and strong SQL skills; PostgreSQL experience preferred
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and modern API architectures
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
