Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive utilization, adoption, and expansion across assigned Strategic Accounts
  • Accelerate engagement with users through onboarding and regular customer meetings
  • Uncover growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with other teams to drive expansion

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in customer success or account management in a B2B SaaS or translation-tech company
  • 3+ years of project/program management experience
  • Ability to understand the company's product vision and platform functionality
  • High level of intellectual curiosity and a builder mentality
  • Consultative approach and ability to navigate client complexities
