- Drive utilization, adoption, and expansion across assigned Strategic Accounts
- Accelerate engagement with users through onboarding and regular customer meetings
- Uncover growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with other teams to drive expansion
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in customer success or account management in a B2B SaaS or translation-tech company
- 3+ years of project/program management experience
- Ability to understand the company's product vision and platform functionality
- High level of intellectual curiosity and a builder mentality
- Consultative approach and ability to navigate client complexities
