Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Technical Account Management in the software or cybersecurity industry
- Experience with enterprise clients and managing complex technical relationships
- Proficiency with major cloud platforms and understanding of cloud-native security architectures
- Strong knowledge of secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) and DevSecOps practices
