Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert deployment and operational guidance as the primary technical liaison for customers

  • Drive value-based activities to increase platform adoption and report on customer success metrics
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Technical Account Management in the software or cybersecurity industry
  • Experience with enterprise clients and managing complex technical relationships
  • Proficiency with major cloud platforms and understanding of cloud-native security architectures
  • Strong knowledge of secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) and DevSecOps practices
