Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth and retention by identifying opportunities within existing customer accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and manage the renewal and expansion cycle
- Develop and maintain product and market expertise to provide strategic insights to clients
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of SaaS Customer Success or Account Management experience, preferably in HR technology solutions
- Proven track record of managing accounts and driving revenue growth through renewals and upsells
- Strong sales acumen and ability to build relationships with HR and L&D decision-makers
- Analytical skills to leverage data for client conversations and uncover opportunities
- Proactive and collaborative mindset, adaptable to a fast-paced environment
