Key Responsibilities
  • Forge strategic partnerships to align client strategies with business outcomes
  • Drive value realization through comprehensive Customer Success plans and Business Reviews
  • Monitor customer health and mitigate churn risk to maintain renewal-ready accounts
Required Qualifications
  • Direct experience within the Transportation industry
  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services
  • Proven ability to work effectively with Executive and C-Level teams
  • Experience with Google Suite and Salesforce
  • Project management and/or ITIL experience is a bonus
