- Forge strategic partnerships to align client strategies with business outcomes
- Drive value realization through comprehensive Customer Success plans and Business Reviews
- Monitor customer health and mitigate churn risk to maintain renewal-ready accounts
Required Qualifications
- Direct experience within the Transportation industry
- 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services
- Proven ability to work effectively with Executive and C-Level teams
- Experience with Google Suite and Salesforce
- Project management and/or ITIL experience is a bonus
