Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Forge strategic partnerships with customers to align client strategies with business outcomes
- Create and execute Customer Success plans and Business Reviews to ensure value realization
- Monitor customer health and churn risk to maintain renewal-ready accounts
Required Qualifications
- Direct experience within the Transportation industry
- 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services
- Proven ability to work with Executive and C-Level teams
- Experience with Google Suite and Salesforce
- Demonstrated understanding of transportation best practices is a plus
