Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forge strategic partnerships with customers to align client strategies with business outcomes
  • Create and execute Customer Success plans and Business Reviews to ensure value realization
  • Monitor customer health and churn risk to maintain renewal-ready accounts
Required Qualifications
  • Direct experience within the Transportation industry
  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services
  • Proven ability to work with Executive and C-Level teams
  • Experience with Google Suite and Salesforce
  • Demonstrated understanding of transportation best practices is a plus
