- Lead business planning and build strategic roadmaps for customer product adoption and utilization
- Drive customer retention and adoption by addressing issues and ensuring value-based outcomes
- Provide proactive engagement across the post-sales lifecycle and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related discipline - Preferred
- 5 - 7+ years of experience in customer success roles focused on delivering value
- Proven ability to act as a business advisor across all products
- Experience in building relationships from C-level executives to end-users
