Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a thought leader and advocate for strategic customers
- Develop and execute success plans in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success partners
- Analyze usage patterns and provide insights to drive customer adoption and growth
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of customer-facing experience with proven outcomes
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS
- Fluency in Japanese and business-level English
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as ECM or Document Management is preferred
