Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a thought leader and advocate for strategic customers
  • Develop and execute success plans in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success partners
  • Analyze usage patterns and provide insights to drive customer adoption and growth
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of customer-facing experience with proven outcomes
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS
  • Fluency in Japanese and business-level English
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as ECM or Document Management is preferred
