Job Summary

  • Guide customers through their journey to ensure value delivery and success outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and feature requests
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success within a SaaS/Technology environment
  • Experience in managing complex and ambiguous situations autonomously
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Familiarity with InfoSec/Regulatory compliance is a bonus
