Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders to position the company as a critical enabler of their business

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing strategic customer relationships in SaaS, particularly in media production or technology
  • Proven ability to translate complex client needs into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes
  • Strong engagement skills with senior executives, capable of articulating value and building trust
  • Analytical skills to interpret usage data and identify trends to guide client strategy
  • Experience managing multiple complex accounts while balancing competing priorities
