Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager to join their Account Management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a strategic book of business, serving as the primary contact for stakeholders
  • Drive customer retention and product adoption while monitoring engagement and health metrics
  • Analyze customer data to inform strategies and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS environment
  • Experience managing retention and expansion metrics (GRR, NRR, churn)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and customer health indicators
  • Technical acumen to interpret product usage data and customer signals
