Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager or similar role for a SaaS company
  • Proven track record managing strategic accounts with 10,000+ employees
  • Experience with focused account management (5-10 strategic accounts)
  • Strong project management skills with experience in coordinating complex initiatives
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders
