- 10+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager or similar role for a SaaS company
- Proven track record managing strategic accounts with 10,000+ employees
- Experience with focused account management (5-10 strategic accounts)
- Strong project management skills with experience in coordinating complex initiatives
- Ability to build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders
