Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager to ensure the long-term success of clients through exceptional relationship management and value delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction
- Act as the primary contact for strategic client matters and coordinate internal efforts to meet client deadlines
- Monitor client usage of products and generate insights to enhance user experience and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
- Strong empathy for customers and a passion for driving revenue and growth
- Experience managing complex, multi-divisional clients
- Proficient in Customer Success Software tools such as Gainsight and Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
